4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Photo Upload

You are responsible for:

  • Uploading photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
  • Ensuring the uploaded photo is appropriate and lawful
  • Providing accurate information when selecting document types

4.2 Verification

Important: Papofoto generates photos using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated photos will be accepted by any government agency, embassy, or institution. You are responsible for:

  • Verifying that the generated photo meets the specific requirements of your target institution
  • Checking photo dimensions, quality, and compliance before submission
  • Contacting the relevant authority if unsure about requirements

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Service Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Papofoto and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Generated document photos are provided to you for your use. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to do so.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Generated photos will be accepted by any authority
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papofoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • Rejection of your document photo by any authority
  • Costs associated with re-taking or re-submitting photos
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

8. Photo Processing and Privacy

  • Your uploaded photos are processed in real-time and automatically deleted after processing
  • We do not store, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your requested output

9. Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
